At the Au Gourmet fine dining restaurant in the Bas-Rhin, the menu changes every six to eight weeks in line with the passing seasons. The lunch menu changes on a weekly basis, yet the quality remains the same. Sandie Ling and Ludovic Kientz work hand-in-hand with producers they have known and trusted for many years.

The concept is simple yet effective: all you need do is specify what you like, don't like, and any intolerances or allergies you may have, before letting yourself be transported to another world...
